I attended a volunteer orientation for In the Heart of the Beast Puppet and Mask Theatre. They gave us a tour of their puppet storage facility. Amazing.
These bird heads were huge. Four feet tall? I don't know. Very big.
So that's what I'm thinking of doing. These pictures do not do the size of these puppets justice. So big and beautiful. Here's their Facebook photostream for more pics, especially pictures of the May Day parade, which they produce.
