Someone Else's Crafting

Piggybacking on last week's post of the State Fair stuff, here's a gift from a neighbor for the new baby:
 It's big enough to fit the toddler, actually, so she may get to wear it first.  Oh, and check out these cute little buttons:

    When the last kid gets to wear this, change out the buttons before passing it along to someone else. Cute cats.
